Walter talks about what happens when an angry man wrestles with the mercy and grace of a loving God. The religious wait on the judgement of God while the people that need mercy receive it. Jonah becomes a spectator in the magnificent story God wants him to participate in. What will we do?

Terry continues the story of Jonah, the story of a broken prophet given a second chance to do what God asked and be a part of the redemptive story He is telling in the world. We worship a God who gives second chances, and who invites us to be a part of an adventure with Him.

We continue our conversation entitled “God of this City” with a message that would be best listened to in smell-o-sound. Michael gets gross and gives this message looking like the ragged, half-digested prophet Jonah who finally begins to pray after he starts to decay in the belly of the fish. We see and reflect on what all of our running looks like, what it feels like and smells like to run from the mission God has for each of us to play a part in the story of redemption.
